In most cases, yes. We accept Medicare, most major private insurance plans, workers' compensation, and VA benefits. Our in-house billing team handles prior authorizations and appeals so you don't have to worry about the paperwork.
Anyone who has undergone an amputation or was born with a limb difference can schedule an evaluation. We work with adults, seniors, children, and athletes at every stage of recovery — from post-surgical to long-term users seeking a better fit.
Most patients receive their initial prosthesis within 2 to 4 weeks after the evaluation, depending on insurance authorization and healing status. Adjustments and repairs are often completed the same day in our on-site Florida lab.
Please bring a photo ID, insurance card, a list of current medications, any relevant medical records or prescriptions, and a list of questions. If you already use a prosthesis, bring it with you so we can assess fit and function.
